HOW IT ALL STARTED

 Beginning my love for transforming old discarded furniture and home decor as a child, I learned that I could make them beautiful and useful once again. My grandmother instilled in me to reuse what I can and to try not to throw away what could be transformed into something better; she inspired me to develop my skills.  In 2019, I finally decided to own that role and be intentional about it. With the help of my husband Kelly, my imagination really took off! Together, we build (or rebuild) and paint furniture to our liking. We use our skills to transform some amazing pieces. I founded West Hoke Studio with a mission to inspire others and show off our skills.
